Howdy! We are The Iron Fist of Duncan. A North Texas based band playing an eclectic mix of rock, country and blues. Covering everything from current artists like Chris Stapletone and The Foo Fighters to classic artists like The Beatles and Buck Owens.
We sometimes refer to ourselves as the B Side of Classic Rock Bands. Yes, we know and will play all of your favorites, but we'll also make you say, "Dang, that is a great song, I kinda forgot about that one".
At our core, IFOD is group of friends who enjoy getting together to play music and sharing it with friends. IFOD comes in a wide variety of packaging for your rock and roll enjoyment ranging from, Economy - two dudes singing and playing a small assortment of acoustic instruments, all the way to Deluxe - a five piece blow your face off rock band.
The Cast: Jimmy Sherritt - Vocals, Guitar, Keyboard, Mandolin, Melodica (hooty horn) and North Texas' top Santa. No, he's not the North Park guy, but has the North park guy been in BOTH seasons of “America's Sweethearts”?
James Smith - Vocals, Bass, Guitar
Toby Moore - Vocals, All of the instruments. Seriously. Drums, Guitar, Bass, Keyboards, some other stuff.
Keith Perkins - Drums and percussion
Lloyd Jensby - Vocals, Guitars, Harmonica, Mandolin
And, if you're lucky and show up to the right event, Jan Taylor - Vocals, Handbells (specializing in Ab and B)
