You found us! Welcome to our website! We are The Iron Fist of Duncan. A North Texas based band playing an eclectic mix of rock, country and blues. Covering everything from current pop and rock artists like Ed Sheeran and The Foo Fighters to classic artists like Bob Dylan and Buck Owens.
We at the International IFOD Corporation sometimes refer to ourselves as the B Side of Classic Rock Bands.If you are hoping to hear the same song you heard on the radio 10,000 times when you were 17, and 20,000 times by assorted cover bands in the following years, we are probably not the band for you. We want to make you say, "Dang, that is a great song, I kinda forgot about that one"; or my favorite, "I heard the Gnarles Barkley version of that song, and I like yours way better".
At our core, IFOD is group of friends who enjoy getting together to play music and sharing it with friends. IFOD comes in a wide variety of packaging for your rock and roll enjoyment ranging from, Economy - two dudes singing and playing a small assortment of acoustic instruments, all the way to Deluxe - a five piece blow your face off rock band.
Buoyed by the vocal talents of the devilishly handsome Jimmy Sherritt, IFOD combines full harmonies and rock solid instrumental backing by Barry Box, Lloyd Jensby, Keith Perkins, and "Mitch" James Smith.
